We took it up a notch and made our 50 lb. Smokehouse even easier to use and gave you the ability to manage the internal settings by adding a digital controller. The smokehouse unit remains exactly the same in quality of construction and dimensions as the original 50 Lb Smoker. With this upgrade, however, you will gain unprecedented control.
