TSM's new steel smoker stand and cabinet will not only raise your smokehouse to a comfortable working level, but also makes the smoking process easier than ever. The side shelves extend to create a work space, and one shelf surface is removable to reveal 3 dowels for hanging sausage to dry. The front of the cabinet opens to a storage space with one center shelf to organize all of your smoking supplies. Roll the entire unit to the desired location for smoking and lock the wheels in place. The entire preparation process happens right in front of the smoker!
