Tenderize and prepare your cube steaks and cutlets of wild game or other meat. It is equipped with two rollers that easily turn 31 stainless steel blades to cut coarse meats into pieces up to 3/4" thick. You simply drop the meat in the top and hand crank your cutlets or tenderized steaks. The removable stripper blades and stainless steel combs prevent jamming to keep the meat from wrapping around the rollers. Has a cast iron construction with durable white food-grade coating. It disassembles for easy clean up. It can be temporarily mounted on any counter or tabletop with the help of two C-clamps.
